Meredith Davis is the co-author of HER OWN TWO FEET: A RWANDAN GIRL’S BRAVE FIGHT TO WALK (Scholastic, 2019). She once worked at an independent children’s bookstore, started the Austin Chapter of the Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators, and earned her Masters of Fine Arts in Writing for Children and Young Adults at Vermont College of Fine Arts.
She is married with three grown children (two married, one at A&M) and lives with a doodle and a home full of books where she writes mostly for children but she’s told adults like her work, too.
