The Faith + Arts ministry exists to grow artists, both in spiritual formation and excellence of craft, in order to become artists in community, engaging the Church, and enriching the city.
The Faith + Arts ministry has a three-fold purpose:
- To shepherd the artists of Christ Church into maturity in their artistic vocation and as followers of Christ – to become who God created them to be
- To lead the people of Christ Church into purposeful engagement with the arts, in order to deepen our experience with God, our culture, and humanity, and therefore build up the body of Christ to love and serve others
- To contribute to the flourishing of our city and the greater culture through thoughtful artistic engagement, believing that the honest portrayal of truth and beauty is part of God’s redemptive work on Earth

Leadership
Katie Fox has been leading arts ministry at Christ Church since 2015. She has a wonderful team of assisting leaders, including Meredith Davis, husband Shaun Fox, Billy Hollis, Camille Sales, and Caleigh Taylor. She graduated from Fuller Seminary in 2024 with an MA in Theology and the Arts.
